Recently the BOLD program was replaced with DICE Software and PortSecure was replaced with E-Link.  The DICE program offers more services than the BOLD software did and with that in mind in an effort to allow out Dealers the benifit of the full use of the DICE software newly installed, a complete conversion fee of $1.00 per Subscriber account was charged as well as a $10.00 per month Licensing fee per Dealer that supports both the E-link access as well as some basic windows performance operations.

We understand that some Dealers were satisfied with the previous BOLD software and do not wish to use any of the features that are now available on the DICE software.  In order for us to RESTRICT your Dealer account BACK TO BASIC services that would be comparable to the BOLD service, please complete the following form. 

NOTICE: Depending on what DICE services you wish to have available, it may be more cost effective to NOT request a credit for the conversion fee as it INCLUDES all the services listed below without any additional fees as it presently would cost over $210.00 per month in additional license fees if elected to be a'lacart now or in the future.
