THIS WEB PAGE HAS BEEN SET-UP TO PROVIDE INFORMATION IN REGARDS TO THE NEEDS FOR A NEW MONITORING CENTER SITE. 

Both Single Occupancy and Multi-Tenant requirements have been detailed.  WE PREFER a SINGLE OCCUPANCY location, but may be required to obtain a Multi-Tenant building based on availability.

Single Occupancy

• Purchase or Lease w/ Purchase option Preferred.  Lease woudl be acceptable if not for sale.
• 2000 TO 5000 SQ FT MAX.
• Exterior walls (1) hour fire rated construction. (Stucco, Concrete or Steel)
• Roof (1) Hour Construction or Masonary or Steel or Class "A' Covering.
• Space to install a 10KVA generator (Deisel engine on skid)- Roof? Next To Building ? In garage Area? (If ground level, must have fence around and Razor wire if not covered on top )
• T1 Capable
• Parking for 4 minimum
• Located within 15 miles of center of Lake Washington & 520 Bridge.
