Virtual Receiver Decoding (FREE) 

We use Sur-Gard System 3 state-of-the-art receivers. These Virtual Receivers (UL Listed) are the finest alarm receivers available today, and its premier technology has replaced all other alarm receivers. The System 3 features the ability to receive any format and data transmission. What is most unique about this receiver is that the device receives alarm signals on any one of multiple line cards. Each alarm firm has a virtual private receiver number that will answer in your standard format order.  Once the receiver has received a transmission from any particular account number, it stores the panel's format. Then, on any future calls the system will answer in the panel's format on the first ring, using alarm site's ANI (caller ID). This provides end-users with less on-line time, and reduces any long-distance costs. The system also features primary and secondary processors and power supplies; in case of failure, the system automatically switches to its backup.

 Automated Daily Dealer Email Reports Every 24 hours (FREE)

Our center can send you detailed alarm maintenance and activity information to your service department at the email address of your choice. No need to be guessing on what alarms are in the need of repair or how many false alarms you had during the last 24 hours. Most of our Dealers use this report to sell additional services or products when they locate faulty zones or low batteries.

 Automated Daily Subscriber Email Reports Every 24 hours (FREE)

You can choose to have reports sent out AUTOMATICALY Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to ONE or ALL your Subscribers.  With a one time $5.00 set-up fee, there is no monthly fee for these reports.

Subscriber False Alarm Reporting Number (FREE)

We provide at no additional charge, a toll free phone number to give to your customers. This 24 hour number is used by the subscriber to contact the monitoring center for alarm cancellation or to place their account on test, plus, each Dealer can even choose to use our FREE automated call routing and answering service as their membership plan.

Opening, Closing and Test Signal Reporting (FREE)

With American Digital Monitoring, all reported opening, closing and test signals are stored and provided in date, time and user number format for future review or printing. The Dealer can program accounts to send a specific signal for opening and closings even by user name. This becomes a valuable tool to help outsell you competition in the commercial marketplace. All reported signals and the action taken are placed into the account history for future review or printing through our Dealer-Link® programs. 

Late to Test Reporting (FREE)

When placing an account on line, why not have it report daily, weekly or monthly phone test signals? Failure to receive a proper test signal will cause our dispatch center to enter a late test report for the Dealer to review. 

Caller I.D. Verification (FREE) 

Every signal received through system will cross check the incoming caller I.D. number to you Subscriber account information. If there is a miss-match, the number will be placed in your alarm history each time it comes in.  This also allows you to contact any new tenant to resell services.

 FREE Remote Internet Dealer Access

We believe that you have the right to add, delete or change your own Subscriber database and with our Dealer-Link® 24 hour Dealer Access, you can do just that. Subscriber accounts can be added, changed or simply reviewed. You will be able to choose your own account numbers. Perform daily, weekly or monthly report processing or just review your account history for up to one year back.  Dealer-Link® will allow you to offer the highest possible quality services to your subscribers 24 hours per day.

American Digital has no restrictive conditions to becoming a Dealer such as licensing or account minimums.  However, there is a monthly membership of $15.00 that includes your choice of ONE of several services shown under the GET FREE BENEFITS SECTION  of this site

CAI34XQN.jpgDealer Account Monitoring $1.00, $1.50 & $3.00.

Our rates of $1.00,  $1.50 or $3.00 per account* is based on how you get the alarm signal into our monitoring center.  If you choose to use our existing 800 receiver line number where we pay for all the call usage, the rate is $3.00 per month.  Should you choose to "Assume" the existing 800 inbound receiver line and pay for the call usage yourself the rate is only $1.00 per month.  And finally, if you either have your own local or toll free receiver line number and choose to have it forward into our monitoring center, the rate is $1.50 per month.  ALL our rates include FREE opening, closing and auto test reporting!

We offer both Standard monitoring through our UL listed center or UL GRADE A monitoring for high risk accounts.  To upgrade ANY account to UL GRADE A we only charge an additional $1.00 per month.

While American Digital does provide FREE opening & close reporting if you have your own toll free number into our center, we can also offer you total access control with restricted access by passcard identification for after ho0urs entry.  This service also includes late to close notification on any alarm system that fails to be armed at a certain time.

CAI34XQN.jpgCellular Monitoring Services +$5.00 & $10.00

Depending on what service you use, our rates for CELULAR BACK-UP may be FREE, $5.00 or $10.00 additional per month.  Some services allow you to bill your Subscriber for the service and will report into the alarm center with the SAME ACCOUNT number as the DIGITAL REPORTING side of the alarm.  For this there is no additional fee. Then there are some services, such as ALARM-NET that require a higher level of security and will report into our center on a separate account number and must be 'linked' to the DIGITAL REPORTING side of the alarm.  Please contact our sales office to receive a specific quote based on they type of reporting service you want.

It easy to include 2 way voice monitoring to your service.  Recommended in applications where elderly or disabled Subscribers are involved.

Many alarms still have tape dialer reporting formats.  Even some of the newer do it yourself Subscribers are looking for a monitoring center to be on their voice dialers in the event their neighbors don’t answer their call for help.  American Digital is one of the only centers that can take these calls as easily as if they were digital format using caller I.D. Technology.

From Elevator phones to Parking Lot and Highway Emergency phones your Subscribers can get it all through American Digital.  Using caller I.D. Technology, we can identify the caller before they even say a word and have all the information needed at our fingertips.

Have your alarm conditions verified with VIDEO VERIFICATION.  While the use of video verification cannot STOP the alarm condition, it can assist in the determination if an actual crime in progress or not.  Records of all activity are retained to protect all parties for liability.
